    Huh? I'd say the side bar is pretty good. It has notes for both updates and comments. It shows when a quest is live. And it gives the 'update notification sound' if any of the quests on it get updated (And you have akun open). Doesn't work perfectly -as all things with Akun- had to reload...

    Don't think we can give much advice here. Good therapy would obviously be a proper way to start actually improving things. But I understand just getting that isn't particularly easy. Is there some place you can visit that might give positive experiences? It's good that QQ can make you happy...
