    Aren’t the Kroot closer to mercenaries with an exclusive contract, anyway? The Tau control the homeworld, and get some kroot to fight for them, but the kroot are noncompliant and can’t be practically forced to comply. As opposed to say, the Vespid.

    Probably the fact that there’s a lot of other factors involved in wind, where the difference between 1 atmosphere and vacuum is 14.7 psi. Which is genuinely not much.
