    I've eaten spam, it's not bad... especially the Tocino flavor spam. Pan fried or air fried is the way to go~ Not so sure about this pumkin spice. It seems like a marketing plot by poor brokeass farmers.

    Pico de Gallo Salsa. Portions were off with insufficient tomatos. The above is 1 bunch Cilantro (chopped), 3 romano tomato (diced finely), 1/2 small onion (diced finely), juice of 1 lime and 1 lemon, and salt. I would say portions might better with 6 romano tomato instead of 3. Just dice...

    It's not authentic mapo tofu since I added in onions and tomato. And the sauce is a milder japanese version. But the onions and tomato are basically filler that taste good. As for the rice, I added in diced ginger, crushed and minced ginger, pandan leaf, chinese sausage, and hainanese chicken...
