  • For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.

The member "Villian in glasses" [sic] seems to have been deleted at some point, as PMs with him/her now show up as by a "Guest" or "Unknown Member" and attempting to access his/her profile returns "The requested member could not be found".

I thought accounts were never deleted?
 
Accounts are deleted under a few different circumstances: if a user has more than one account (and it's not malicious sockpuppetry) we'll merge the two accounts, which has the effect of deleting one, and we may delete no-post accounts that get caught in spam or sockpuppet filters.

I'm not familiar with that particular user, so I can't say what exactly was behind that.
