A friend of mine, Aurelian, is trying to get his QQ account unlocked. He did this write up for me regarding his issue.

Originally had a QQ account with a Chinese phone number, however in April had transferred it to a Canadian Phone number, while that step seemingly went smoothly, after about two weeks I got a message about how my account was locked, and wasnt able to unlock it. Through assistance with some Chinese friends of mine, we had attempted to get it to work, however no progress was able to be made. Due to university, I haven't been able to really try getting it unlocked until recently.

When trying to unlock in the web browser, a request is made to instead unlock the account in mobile QQ. It asks for a text message to be sent to a phone number, however when that is done, a text message "REJECTD" sic, is sent back, and I can not progress any further.

Is there anything that can be done to unlock his account?

Never mind, I sent him the link to the user page and asked him if it was the right one only for him to say that when he was talking about QQ he meant this website https://im.qq.com/ not Questionable Questing which I thought was what he was talking about this whole time. Very sorry for about this.
