Thinking about putting Fantastic Phantasm on the backburner since a lot of technical stuff has to go into it. I've been teasing another story idea about separation and destruction and how people cope with it.

It takes place in a fantasy setting where the big focus is on magic and the Elementals that inhabit the planet. The MCs name is Lyle Blackedge who's pretty flexible as a person (so votes would influence development of his personality). It would be written from a first person perspective and we'd see how you folks mold him.

Of course, you're going to pick up people along the journey to help you with your quest!

If I did this, though, would you prefer a combat system or freeform?
Would you want to participate in the quest at all?

The idea has some potential. I say go freeform is your other quest is getting bogged down with mechanics.
