I'm fairly certain an earlier chapter showed Amelia becoming exhausted due to overuse of her power. One of the early Yggdrasil phases, before chapter 60 (I'm fairly sure because I've been doing a re-read). Might wanna check yourself to make sure you're consistent.

Now this rubs me the wrong way. For one, all the talk about arresting her, or containing her. The PRT simply doesn't have the jurisdiction. Moord Nag is violent and has a huge bodycount, but she's also the legitimate (as legitimate as they come anymore) ruler of her nation. IN AFRICA. This is a huge international issue, and would be cause for diplomatic and economic sanctions, as well as for war. They're kidnapping and brainwashing the ruler of a country. Holy shit this is a bad idea.
This, however, is just adorable. Two people isolated by their powers and tasks, finding friendship and comfort in each other. Both of their powers make physical intimacy a no-go, but sitting on a couch and holding hands is probably more than either of them ever expected to have.

Ridiculous. The leadership of Pantheon pays close attention to the law, and come from a long line of people who are strong believers in the rule of law. They are regarded by the vast majority of people as upstanding citizens. Pantheon has never broken a law of their home country, or an international law. In fact, Pantheon has developed close ties with the PRT for training their troops to enforce the law more effectively. That's not to say that Pantheon is harsh, either - they firmly believe that everyone should get a chance to redeem themselves. So far, their work-release program has had a zero percent recidivism rate.
They're not referring to Alexandria's family, they're referring to Lisa's family. Remember, Lisa triggered from her brother killing himself. And then her parents started using her power as their own personal moneymaker while treating Lisa herself more and more as an object, not a person.
Alexandria's relationship with her parents is rocky too.
More, it's an indication that Lisa's ability to lie is between Defiant and Alexandria's abilities to detect.
Further, Pantheon is known to follow Tinker/Thinker laws, which are obviously better than normal laws.

Intentional. Her power's been getting a lot stronger (re: happier with her actions). Canon Taylor eventually managed to extend her range to well over a mile without relays. Amelia no longer does anything that taxes her limits, at least not while working on human bodies.

A/N- Yeah, I know. Pretty much nothing actually happened in this chapter. Still, I happen to like it.
Constant data exchange, lots of novel applications of abilities. Because they made Pantheon, QA gets to see what it can do with all the tech shoved in the Zerg, and Shaper gets the specs on biotech combinations it wouldn't have come up with on its own.
