Ah, okay. The perspective shift came out of nowhere and brought in a new character hence the confusion.

Would Uncle Ruckus even be hired long time? Even if Sophia dosen't complain her reports of being assaulted by Ruckus would have to go to her social worker. And if that lady actually did something he would be fired. Or the very least probation.
Nice references to canon Boondocks in this chapter. For some reason I get the idea that their talk with Kaiser isn't going to go well, and they'll use the chair to incite a brawl that will cover their escape."No," Huey said. He pulled out a folding chair from behind the dumpster. He gestured to a dumpster can next to him, "take a seat, Kaiser."

Huey set up a chair in the middle of the picnic park. He stood up, and turned on his microphone. "Attention white people."
The entire park turned their heads towards him. All attention was turned towards him in an instance. Huey said, "the war on drugs is a war on blacks. The Opium epidemic exists to disenfranchise the poor people. The lottery won't help you stop being poor. Racism sever to distract us from the real enemy, and not all black people worship Barrack Obama."
He went on. Sentence after sentence, spitting out ideas that he considered facts. A few of the people left as other people walked towards him. Without dropping his microphone, Huey said, "class warfare affects white people too, military patriotism profits military contractors, the Cold War was not about Communism, and Kanye West does not represent the black community."
The crowd started booing. Huey wasn't shocked by this. On the contrary, he was counting on it.
"Republicans don't care about white people, they care about rich people. Not all black people are liberals, and hip hop is not genetic."
A rock flung his way, to which Huey hastily ducked from. "Scientific racism was disproven-" he dodged another rock, "by the United Nations, and racial supremacists are stupid-" several hurled at him, "ignorant," they hit his body, but he toughed through the pain, "self hating motherfuckers!"
