  • Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com. Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
  • For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
  • Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
  • Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.

Considering I am not American I am not sure as to what is illegal or not. In the rule, RL child porn and bestiality are mentioned with an emphasis on 'RL', does that mean that as long as it is only in textual form it's allowed in both cases? I mean, I saw a fic involving underage characters here so I'm curious.
Speaking of bestiality, is hentai about it considered illegal content too or is it only RL stuff? In fact, is there hentai content considered illegal? I have trouble knowing if the laws about RL stuff apply to drawn stuff too.

Thank you.

In a lot of places, they do. However, in the US the First Amendment has been construed to protect essentially all fictional works, and because QQ's owners are all US citizens living in the US and the servers are located in the US, QQ's owners are not liable for content in violation of non-US laws.

You personally may be criminally liable over looking at underage/bestial hentai, depending on where you live, but QQ's owners don't care whether you get arrested.
