So a while back, I was going through the Creative Writing in search of the good kush when I stumbled upon a thread that caught my eyes.
https://forum.questionablequesting.com/threads/this-eldrich-horror-world.26514/
Here, as long as you're okay with your entries being used by others, you are given permission to write a sort of descriptive fanfiction of eldritch horror based on real things (i.e. cultural icons, person, places, etc.)
You can write the description in a form of diary entries, declassified documents, witness reports, folklore, and any other ways you can express it, which is encouragingly important as it gives the thread the kind of vibe you'll expect from the SCP wiki!
As said by the Author, "This is meant to be a resource for how modern things could be seen by a medieval peasant or other less advanced culture through their interpretations this could be taken literally or jokes like a time traveler told them about this or they were brout here directly or saw the world form a tv embedded in a cave wall."
It's simple yet fun to do! I recommend all of you to give it a try. Make sure to read the rules!!
