Connection to site not working *on phone* while using wifi

Basically the title- I have tested the connection with cellular data and it connected without issue.

Phone is an old iphone, if that's relevant.

Could possibly not be a QQ issue, could be blocked by your ISP (for some reason), or if you have improperly managed network parental controls. Or if you're on work wifi, it could be blocked by your I.T. department.

Wifi is complicated, and you didn't provide a lot of details, so this just what I could think of at the top of my head

You should check your router's DNS settings, it's likely your DNS provider has QQ on a block list.

If you don't know how to do that, try changing your device or browser's DNS settings, which is much easier to do. Also, make sure the DNS you test is not a family friendly one that blocks adult content.

At some point overnight, without any involvement from myself, the issue was resolved.

Its worth noting, my computer's connection was uninhibited during the phone outage- in any case, the situation is fixed.
