I'm trying to remember a fic, it reminds me of a cherico fic. It's a fic focused on Hikaru Gosunkugi as the main student being taught magic. At one point the teacher is able to arrange for a big oil deposit to be created but Nabiki gets in trouble for revealing it. Also the teacher acts as a english teacher in general. Anyone know where this fic is?

While that does resemble it, the one I'm referring to doesn't really do the agent's perspective and from what I remember I don't think he ever really provides his name. I think he forgot it. Also, he's just chilling out teaching so the story focuses a lot more on others like Hikaru. At one point he makes a deal to perform a ritual to essentially generate a reserve oil field for Japan that Nabiki get in trouble for meddling with.
