So, another schizopost: I changed shifts last month, starting with the week I had a monday off and I'm missing four day's pay. So maybe he accidentally set the pay using the old shift's attendance. because I know, they managers have talked about it before, each shift has their own attendance lists and when someone changed shifts before they were listed in both lists; absent in the old one and present in the new one.

But anyway, I won't know for sure until tomorrow so whatever.
Besides, I didn't get to schizopost during anime watch today since it was cancelled, so I had to get my kicks somewhere else.

Of course schizoposting was wrong.
I was a dumbass in February and forgot to account for the extra pay from weekends when making the estimated revenue declaration so the tax went from 10% to 30% since I went over the declared amount.

I got food poisoning last night, had to repent my transgressions multiple times. Good news is I probably lost a pound or two in explosive fashion, bad news is the weight's the kind that just comes right back. I was unable to cultivate the experience into my dao, unfortunately.

Female, marmalade orange, yellow eyes. Kinda young, I think? Maybe less than a year old.

The cat's got an eye that wanders a little bit. Not a lot, but occasionally one eye will be locked onto me and the other will be looking somewhere off to the side. Not sure what that means, healthwise?

An AI breed detector app says she's probably an American Shorthair. Also she has six toes for some reason, well five and a dewclaw. I counted because her paws looked sorta weird, and both front paws have six toes. The back paws have four and a dewclaw.

I find driving a fascinating sink of time when on the road. Actually, let me qualify that; I find the observation of other people driving a fascinating sink of time. I am of the belief that you can learn a lot about people from their mannerisms on the road.

Do they drive over the limit, under, at? How many tailgate? How many pass by, how many follow in packs, how many drive in solitude? How many signal before a turn? How long do they wait at a stop, or if they bother? So much more.

It used to be a joke that you could tell a lot about a person by the choice in car. I find the how driven equally fascinating. I drive standard transmission. I doubt very many people on the road understand just how uncomfortable starting from motion is. I am not a gifted driver. I cannot rev match my unsychro'd first gear within 200 rpm's on a consistent basis. It is far more comfortable to stop completely and let the engine spin down before putting it in gear. And yet that half-second is a personal affront to most people. I love the game of stop-and-go at a four way intersection. I love being tailgated while already above the limit.

Cars are such a myriad expression of behavior. I wish more studies were done on this. But really though, I wish I drove a hundred grand truck like I could pay cash, how these people do.

That being said, I gave her a bath with Dawn and groomed her a bit before that photo: She was absolutely covered in motor oil when I first met her.

Two weeks in and two to go. Belated morning, gentlemen. o7. One more week for the winter solstice, and the end of yet another year. It's all schrodinger's time past that. Either a blink of an eye or a slog. Personally, I clutch to my time, lapping at it to extract as much value as I can anymore. It all goes too quick.

Had that happen once. My family thought they were adopting this gorgeous fluffy stray, then took him for his shots and found out he was chipped. Turned out he's the sort of big friendly dope who sneaks into cars if you leave the doors open. They were very happy to get him back, but unsurprised he'd been adopted.

i was originally going to keep this as an A/N tucked away, but as I was reliving the memory back, it was too funny to not vent a little.

there are a lot of metrics to judge warframe by, with the all too common saying that fashion is the true endgame. drip is king. I can't deny that.

but today (yesterday since I'm writing this ahead of time) is the weekly reset, which is usually the only time i play with randoms. that or omnia fissures.

anyway, point is, i am a paypig for warframe, so i have the new frame uriel -- who as of this writing is busted as all frick.

my personal metric for a good build is the rate of teammate ragequits when i start ability spamming. i build almost every frame the same, in that max efficiency and range at the cost of strength since i like using the actual, you know, frames. and all.

that said, the only times i normally get ragequits is when i'm on sevagoth during a relic buff for range.

i actually have to qualify that tangent a little. so, i have gloom on sevagoth. with max range and the relic buff, it turns the ability to like a 40m radius omni slow, with the dual augment build making wraiths pop out of people that literally aren't even rendered in for the team. not only did i get a teammate to quit out (giving up a gold warframe part, which is my gold standard for knowing i have a good build) but the other two got pissed off enough to try and knock me offline. ah, the joys of peer-to-peer.

so, i was here to talk about uriel.

same deal. max range and efficiency, so i'm out spamming abilities like no tomorrow. what makes this funny is the current community thinking on uriel is high strength weapons platform, which i find boring as all sin. all the other uriel's i matched with did that build. but i was doing conjunction survival, got the relic buff, and was in the ability buff from the dax.

for context, that gives uriel an 84m instant death radius on his 4. 84m is obscene in warframe. i cast that thang once and a guy left immediately afterward. nice. i'm doing good.

then, i took my boy roathe (uriel's skin) into the new descendia mode. you already know it. i was in like floor three, about 5 casts deep with the 4th ability and 'teammate x left the squad.' two in one day? uriel is fricking busted.

he's gonna get LOS nerfed. there's no way that's staying as is.

i find it hilarious when people leave if a teammate is overpowering the squad. i've been playing so long that i default to leeching like a bum when it happens to me.

some people just don't like uppies i guess.
