I am looking for this fic where this guy gets reincarnated into this world where everyone/some people have special items that are the manifestation of their soul or something.
People like that attend special schools that also train them to use their items and also fight people.
The MC's item is a wobbly spear that can wobble.
In actuality, that is a fake one he made with his real one which is just Gungnir, which he can use to pierce directly to the center of reality and change its rules to his whim.
He then does stuff and also travels during Summpwr Vacxtion, where he also saves a Martial arts girl trapped in a tower or something.
And he makes his own Asgard, with Valkyries and everything.
In the latest chapter, he tells all of his friends about it. And when curious reporter girl finds out his true name, Odin of course, he transports all of them to his realms.
That's where the story stops.
