How do you think a Mistborn will fare in Thedas? (Dragon age)

I recently started reading the Mistborn Trilogy and wanted to write a fic with one. My question is, how would a normal Mistborn fare in Thedas.

Terribly unless they're an absolute expert at using their powers, don't know a lot about Dragon Age but dragons are no joke in general. Worse Dragon Age is a medieval society with no great reason to ensure purity of metals aside from those that go into weapons and armor- impure metals are not only less effective for Mistborn but can make them sick burning them. Also some of the metals probably outright don't exist there.
So for a Mistborn to thrive in Dragon Age you'd have to make said Mistborn extremely skilled and/or give them time to grow up and make Dragon Age an AU with Mistborn metals.
