I noticed that more than one author uses index for marking their chapters.

But there is an issue with that, the word count for them is not counted. This leads to, if sorting by word count, the filtering via search function ignoring those stories and in tag search them showing up with no word count.
And third, the reader mode button doesn't show up on the right cause they're using the wrong marking. However, it's still accessible through the index drop-down menu.
I understand that it's on the author for picking the wrong tagging for their chapters, buuuut.

Can something be done about that? Like, if there is no threadmark grouping then treat index as threadmarks?

Thanks for reading.
