Open registration means that you can register with no e-mail address, simply to make it faster and easier for people to move over. In 7 days, people will need an e-mail to register.

Also, when open registration is changed, people will need to add an e-mail to their e-mail field.

On the topic of loli/shota: I don't really care as long as it's manga or anime. Pencil sketches of actual kids or something like that would be ruled child porn and catch a permaban.
