  • For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.

Issue with the automated password reset system

Hell's Razer here. There seems to be some issue with the automated password reset system.
I got a new pc, tried to login from it, realised that -foolishly- I had forgotten to write the password down and could not remember it, used the reset password option and did not receive a password reset email, checked both spam and trash and nothing there either.
I retried a little later just in case but no cigar.
Proceeded to make this account to facilitate communication.
Help?
Also please delete this account when we solve it?
