Move the Jumpchain Thread

Jumpchain is specifically a solo experience, barring someone running it for a single player.

I request the Jumpchain Thread be moved from NSFW play by post, to NSFW Creative Writing Index, where it most rightly should be, alongside all the other snippet threads.

I don't think /linking/ to the NSFW section in the SFW section was ever actually banned.

Just catching up here, but for reference you can link to NSFW things in the SFW area, but you have to specifically tag them as NSFW in a way that cannot be missed.
