SpaceBattles has a nice one-line text editor control widget. This is not a big deal on a full computer browser, but on a mobile device the difference is huge -- the multi-line controls can eat up a whole screen full, depending on the device.

Would it be possible to implement the one-line editor controls here?

It would be nice, yes... to have that option on mobile...

If you do "use plaintext editor", there's a one-line control bar, but the controls just insert the bbcodes visibly into the textarea instead of being WYSIWYG.

I'm not sure how to alter the WYSIWYG editor to do similar. There may well be an option. I will investigate, though my investigation is hampered by not really ever using a mobile browser.

The plaintext editor looks much more mobile-friendly. It's a viable work-around. Thank you!

I'd still like the rich editor to be one-line like whatever SB did, of course, but this work-around helps. :)
