Page width resets

Hi.

The width of the site sometimes just resets.
it can happen when i do things like:

• change page
• go into reader mode
• go to my profile
• etc.

I view the site on a 32:9 monitor, maybe that's part of the reason.
It works for a bit and then it just stretches across my whole screen again.
It's really hard to read like this.

Hello, this happens to me as well. Would it be possible to have a default toggle for the width/margins in preferences? I have seen it implemented in other xenforo forums.

Yup, this has been an issue since the upgrade to Xenforo2, and it's absolute awful. SV and SB use the same software, but you'll notice that they have defined margins so that the formatting of stories is always consistent no matter how large your window is. This is *necessary* for a fiction forum, as trying to read something stretched across 30 inches of screen is completely insane.

I brought it up in the xf2 feedback thread, but no response as of yet.

I would like for this to be fixed as well, it's making reading on my PC a rather annoying experience.

Its the new year and this is still a problem. Please fix this. Its so annoying having to constantly press the change width button.
