  • For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.

    Okay, as amusing as it is to watch people spitball ideas about what power set she has, I may as well put you out of your misery (as Jack Slash would put it :p)

    Three sources:
    Broadcast (bud)
    Queen Administrator (ping)
    Power Stomp! [my totally-not-made-up name for Hatchet Face's shard] (ping)

    Power 1 - Trump: Nullify power (slate grey bubble) - PS! [Natural state is close around her head, protecting her mind from power effects.]
    Note: will nullify powers in whatever part of the target's body is within the bubble. Once the bubble covers the target's brain, the target's powers are entirely nullified for the duration.

    Power 2 - Master: Gentle Persuasion (sky blue bubble) - Bc + QA [works on anyone, including normals, inside the bubble; natural state is close around her head]
    Note: She needs to speak out loud to use this. The power will make people more likely to follow her lead, or act on what she says, but there is no actual compulsion.

    Power 3 - Trump: Expand Power Range - QA [white bubble; natural state is close around her head]
    Note: This power can only be used to expand either the Nullify Power bubble or the Gentle Persuasion bubble at any one time.

    Power 4 - Thinker: Detect Carrier Wave - Bc [She can consciously see the effect ranges of invisible powers, and where powers will take effect once activated]
    Note: The visual effect of this will not obscure sightline of real-world items.

    Power 5 - Brute: Minor Brute - PS! [Not to the level Hatchet Face is, but as strong as a muscular man.]
    Note: This makes her much more durable, especially to blunt trauma. She will be pretty well immune to knives, being hit by cars, and being thrown off of buildings.

    Power 6 - Thinker: See Intent - Bc + QA [Lets her see what people are immediately considering doing in relation to her. Works on normals as well.]
    Note: In conjunction with Detect Carrier Wave, she will be able to see where powers are likely to strike when directed at her, and react accordingly.


    Note also that I didn't go through the whole "if she gets this stimulus, she gets this power" routine. If anyone wants to retro-engineer it, feel free.
