A very dedicated troll that has nothing else to do. He seems to have taken this forum's existence as a personal insult, which is rather sad.

Reposting myself from the Rants section.

The story in short:

The first QQ was a great idea, but it was built hastily and without a great deal of actual planning.
It was originally built on a 'free' webhost by Squirrely. It was on the same host which holds the original TFF, using the same software. TFF has had a LOT of porn content (including loli stuff) for something like eight years now with no action ever taken against it.
This lead the assumption that everything was hunky dory, and no one actually checked.

Of course, someone pointed out that it wasn't, and we double checked, and yes, everyone was surprised.

Pretty soon after it was created, myself and LG talked to Squirrely on TFF and volunteered to be mods and help out.

Then a small group of SB trolls started a campaign to fuck with QQ, (including but not limited to: attempts to report it to the host, impersonating an SB mod, creating literally dozens of dupe accounts to shitpost, and spam-bombing the IRC.) we realised that as passive and uncaring as the host apparently was, they'd probably have to take action if a group of people actively pestered them to get QQ shut down. And fair enough, it was against their TOS.

This led me and LG to comb the net for hosts that would allow adult content, and purchase some space. LG did most of the backend technical stuff, while I worked on policy and format, and we built the second QQ manually.
This eventually became the QQ you're currently on.

Shortly after QQ was all stable and we'd Ironed out most of the software and policy issues, and Geryon figured out how to ban the entire TOR network that Seadart and his posse were using to bypass the IP bans to make more dupe accounts, I stepped down as admin.

That's it really. Aside from that, QQ has had smooth sailing all the way through, with very little need for moderator intervention. The community is pretty laid back. A very pleasant surprise, but not entirely unexpected. TFF lasted years with literally no staff after all, though it started to get a bit wild eventually.

TLDR, Seadart is an idiot. Just ignore him for the most part. He craves attention, you can sometimes identify him because he often names his dupe accounts after ships.
