There is a spoiler on post 8352 on the "Sanctimonious Assholery on QQ" thread that does not open completely. I can see that is has stuff and I can copy some of it, but I can not see it.

Try it in a different theme like Xenforo Default and see what happens?
 
I tried to quote the spoiler on my last post, but I do not see it.

I've run into a similar problem in a different thread, and the solution I found was to reduce the magnification of the text. If you have it at around 125% magnification? Perhaps turning it back to one hundred to see the full post may help you.

I know it did for me at least. ;)

Edit: This only works for firefox browser in a laptop/desktop. In keyboard press the left Cntrl key, keep it pressed then press + or - in the calculator-style number pad on the right. Adjust until it works. PS: I keep my zoom at 150% for ease of reading and when a nested spoiler had its text cut off I reduced to 100% and it worked. For me.

I do not know how to change the magnification of the text.
