straght talk password help

so I brock my phone and since I don't know when I'll get it replaced I thought I would cancel my auto-in role plan on my cell service

So I try to log in but it says the password is wrong I tried getting a new one but the password reset link just takes me to the homepage, I looked it up online and found this but I can't understand it so can anyone here help me?
 
I don't know what "straighttalk.com" is, but it's not related to us.

Are you trying to reset your password on QQ? We can help with that.
 
oh sorry I wasn't clear when I posted see I have a phone plan through a company call straight talk that automatically charges me every month, I broke my phone and couldn't cancel the payment and I lost the password to there site so I couldn't do it online
and they wanted me to call from my number to do it over the phone, so I wanted to see if anyone here had any ideas

Anyway, it's fine now I got mad and just canceled the card they were charging, sorry for the confusion.
