I use the last Opera Stable (Version 79.0.4143.22) and here's how it look for me just in case to compare:

Edit: After posting the thread it changed again...with the first image using the "Preview" while posting a new thread, the second image is how it looks like in the thread.

The lines on the table in the quote box all look consistent with each other to me. Dark Responsive (Green) in Firefox on Android 11 with no pending updates.

Could be a browser issue? Maybe something with zoom level? We can be confident it's not a physical display issue, because your screenshots do demonstrate some borders being thicker than others.

It does seem to be something with the zoom level (150%) on opera.
It's weird because I don't remember this being a problem before?
