Video Games General

So, considering the following review from sseth, how yay or nay is it to anyone personal experience to Elin?

I've only played a bit of the demo so I haven't even scratched the surface but from what I've read, more or less. Your playstyle is exactly as unhinged as you want it to be near as I can tell. Be a farmer, be a travelling musician, be a hooker, be a slave trading slumlord, do a genetic engineering on your crops/livestock/"livestock", etc.

Kinda looks we're playing War again. Unless they intend to once again shift gameplay styles and have all of them playable in some capacity.

The legendary saga of the Four Horsemen continues in Darksiders 4, an all-new action-adventure set in an apocalyptic version of earth and continues where the original Darksiders game left off.
  • Choose Your Horseman
Take up one of the legendary Horsemen—each with their own unique weapons and combat styles
  • Cinematic Combat
Experience fast-paced, visceral action blending melee, fluid traversal, and supernatural abilities.
  • Expansive Realms to Explore
Journey through apocalyptic landscapes - each teeming with secrets, enemies, and mythic bosses.

Huh. Admittedly, I liked the first one's Zelda style gameplay best but that's neat.

Question, is it possible to buy a Steam Deck from Amazon or someplace else besides Steam?

So it's not dead. I assume this is the one where you play as the secret 5th Horseman, Gutterball, with bowling themed combat.

Sounds like that's actually the last few seconds at the end of Darksiders 1 reimagined for an announcement trailer, when War stands back up after Armageddon proper's been announced. Kinda missing the Armageddon Blade itself in that bit though :V

I do hope it ends up a bit more like the first and second games though.

I dropped the first Darksiders because every enemy was a damage sponge.

Early Access for Titan Quest 2 dropped today, not grabbing it quite yet, but damn is it something I am excited for.
