Watched threads deleted

Apologies, yesterday night I found out I was still following a story thread i lost interest in, and had the bright idea of deleting it from the watched thread list.
Unfortunately on the phone I selected with a tick the thread and clicked top right, thinking it was for the selected...obviously it stopped watching all threads, that filled either six or nine pages.
Is it possible to request help in getting them back please?
 
alethiophile or ultima333 would be the ones who may be able to do something with that…
I have my doubts, as it would likely take a server role back, and for one person I don't see that happening. But thats up to them.

Thank you for answering still, even a pm with the names would be enough, it has been years since I registered here, and while some threads are but remnants of my hormonal teenage years there were others still amazing stories or idea threads that I like to reread now and then
