There's a setting in preferences for that.
In Preferences check the Disable box for Sticky Header Navbar.

Note that QQ has separate cookies for logging in through the site with and without "forum." in it; check that your browser is accepting and not auto-wiping cookies from both questionablequesting.com and forum.questionablequesting.com. Not sure this is relevant, but it could be.
