Yet another Rule 8 question (I'm so sorry)

I know people have to be sick of answering questions about Rule 8, but I think this one is pretty innocent and I just want to verify...

Can I post this meme on my thread(s)? For context, in case it's needed: Jeb Bush (pictured in the meme) was running for president of the US nearly a decade ago. He didn't succeed. The meme has nothing to do with his politics but instead his bored crowd and his infamously pathetic sounding quote, "Please clap."
I'm hoping that regardless of people's political leanings, they'll get a giggle out of this because it is, for all intents and purposes, a self-deprecating joke (with me being the deprecated self in question)

Not a mod, but I'd doubt anyone cares about him enough to get up in arms about it. Most Rule 8 dings I've seen about memes are about the message or using recent/political images of current american presidental candidates.

I think you'd be fine. I certainly wouldn't hit you, and if one of the others does you can cite me saying so here in your appeal. Unless there was some wildly different context from what you're saying, I highly doubt it would come to that though.
