Don't worry this same question gets asked every now and again.

CHYOA- Website dedicated to the old choose your own adventure style questing format. Where you write a prompt or an idea and different writers submit ideas or chapters below it, eventually leading to several long running stories with several threads of its own as different author's creature new ones based on old submissions. Has a bit of a quality control problem, but there are gems in the rough.

Adult-FanFiction- A dinosaur of a forum magically clinging on. As the name implies it's all porn. lol. Although it's had a recent upgrade and is running a lot smoother nowadays. You won't find much new stuff here, but if you're ever looking for an old fic that's been deleted try here. There's fanfiction from the nineties and early two thousand floating up here.

Literotica- Another dinosaur just recently celebrating it 26 year anniversary, but this one has a very active community and is looking very good with a fancy new software update and complete overhaul over the UI. Not a lot of Fanfiction, they prioritize original stories and prompts, but you can find some good stuff and there's a lot of readers willing to critique and advise any potential writers.

Hentai Foundry- A site more dedicated to fan art and as a place for people to basically advertise their patrons and commission offerings, it does have a smaller but dedicated fanfic community. I find it's more useful to search up the authors and stories you like on a different site, rather than use Hentai Foundry on it's own. Because a lot of times the author's upload schedule are less conscientent on this site rather than the busier ones.

Seems like between you and Ursa you've got the major ones.
There's also Ficwad.com, royalroad.com and Scribblehub.com, but the former doesn't update much these days and the latter two are mostly for original fiction.

Also depending on fandom there may be a ton of sites just for fanfiction of it- though the only one I still bother going to is tthfanfic.org which mostly has Buffy The Vampire Slayer and Angel fanfiction- including crossovers and a handful of exclusive fics for other fandoms but mostly Buffy.

While not just for fanfiction you might wanna check out translated 'light novel' sites. Light novels for those that don't know are usually super long (100 to 1000 chapters isn't uncommon), and while they started off with short chapters hence the name light novels they've gradually become just plain Asian online novels, with chapter sizes varying as much as anywhere. Wuxiabox com probably has the most machine translated novels around, where as for human translated ones you'll probably want novelupdates com (The latter needs you to register to view the chapters), or you could just google translated fanfiction lightnovels.
