The issue with logging in with email addresses has been resolved.
Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com.
Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.
The rules regarding NSFW links have been updated. See here for details.
Is it just me, or does interaction on quests seem lower than average for anyone else?
I mean, I'm not the most popular writer out there, but 2 votes in over 4 hours, especially on the first proper chapter is…really low, by my estimation.
Hey,
If i want to commission more chapters for already existing stories i can just do that right?
do i do that over the pledge function on SS? Just attach a message to it with what amount is for what?
My stories are made with the help of the Janitorai chatbot service using their scenario bots. Otherwise, I wouldn't be able to write at all cause without this when I go to put my thoughts down on the proverbial paper my mind blanks and I forget what I was trying to write down.
Like just because it's milk and toast doesn't mean we can't add some honey and chocolate syrup to the milk then top it with some whipped cream and maybe it's sourdough toast so we add some olive oil, garlic, and butter and grill it with some cheese, maybe put a couple pieces of bacon on it too, "mmm, so milquetoast" right? But I guess that's not how the world works, alas.
'am I the only one that notices people project waaaaaaaaaaay too much when they comment in threads? Like, dude, chill. We're just being little shits, no need to be so angry about it.
It's one thing when the writer makes the MC very "American" or whatever, despite the setting being "Fantasy-inspired Japan" or "Chinese immortals" or idk, you might even give having the tone being "American" a pass, but it's like when the writer 'localizes' the entire setting--deportations, not-fentanyl, wishywashy sarcastic MC, poor commons bullying the powerful rich, this bullshit--it's so hard to keep reading argh
Updates may start being inconsistent I'm setting some College things for the New Semester that's the bad news. The Good News that I'm halfway done with the next Chapter of Amaterasu's Entertainment I'm working on the Chapter trying to get all the Grammar and making sure the dialogue is right.
