I'm assuming that she and Susan had their conversation already yes.
Londo met Morden in series 1 episode 13, where Morden's friends recovered the The Eye for him and we got the whole 'I want it back, the way it was' speech. Since Sinclair is on Minbar we are now at least in series 2.Londo hasn't even met Morden yet, much less sold his soul to him, and any effort towards warning him about Adira's fate would open that whole can of worms about 'how the SI knows all this'. Londo (and/or anyone else in the greater Centauri Republic who found out about that kind of intelligence jackpot) would lie, steal, kidnap, murder, torture and genocide for the kind of strategic advantage it represents, even with butterflies in full effect. Some of them might feel a little bad about it, Londo chief among them, but they'd still do it for the greater good of the Centauri Republic (and their own careers).
I do see your point...I even agree with it to a large extent. My inner reasoning on that he DID report it---is as a ruse to distract the Centarum from possibility investigating his dealings. But I do agree there isn't anything to suspect that SI Adam is larger than he appears to be---but they will quickly figure out that isn't the case anyway.I doubt that Londo would have reported it. At this point he's already plotting with Lord Refa, so he's not going to tell Malachi or Turhan. No centari is going to find it strange that an ambassador is going to develop a network of contacts, so he doesn't need to tell anyone else. Unless he somehow finds out the truth, all he's got is an unusually well informed human, and he probably knows more than a few of those anyway. And until the end of series 2 he's not that big a deal amongst the centari elite for the Information Ministry to monitor him the whole time.
Minimising contact to avoid a visit from Morden or Ulkesh Kosh makes perfect sense.
