And Amalak was okay with that? To let her get practically scot-free from essentially pointing Zod at his planet? The guy that was murdering any Kryptonian he could get his hands on just for pettiness and slight revenge didn't have anything to say against someone directly involved in the tragedy?As explained in the segment, under their legal code that was Dru-Zod's fault for deciding to destroy a planet. The fact she influenced some peripheral matters like the specific target isn't legally significant.
I get not being able to do anything against the Dominion, but against their agent that is right there, as if she didn't do anything and was just a circumstancial witness or something, feels incongruous.
