So which one seems better to you a female version of famous anime ninja wearing a maid suit is willing to do any command from you and the money or going to Hogwarts with Dr.Strange from MCU's universe aka Marvel's live-action verse at learning magical spells/potions from Harry Potter's universe?

Naruto as a perfect loyal waifu is a magnificent consolation prize though. She can perform most of the things I'd need to use magic for, and I can spend some private time with dozens of her at once.

I don't know what the Dr. Strange is like, but from what I gather from above he's supposed to be the stone tied to my feet that stops me from using B to earn borrow A.

Fortunately, there's a spell for that. Oblivate.

More practically, not sure. Topnotch HP magic is way better for certain things, buuuut just because you go to Hogwarts doesn't mean you'll be able to use it, or have the mental character to use it.
And also, do you need it for whatever goal you have?

A harem? Naruto can do that, with none of the attention issues.
The harem being full of famous actors? Naruto can do that, without having to infringe on the identity of more than a single person.
Ensuring you're in health? Naruto can do that too.
Conjuring matter and building it into thing? I think that starts leaving what you can associate with a maid, but it is Naruto so it's ok.
Soul-sucking monsters out to eat you? Naruto can't do that. I think.

Momentary travel around the world? Portkeys and apparation. You might not get the first, but second seems relatively easy.
Becoming a famous actor? There's shapeshifting and mindreading, even if you can't manage a full-blown possession. Immoral and skeevy, though.
Avoiding the fame from riches? Easier if you can live off the grid, but you'd be pretty surely low-status in magic society, which matters if you care for other people. And you're going to be in it for seven years, so not like you can choose to completely ignore it.
Growing a fluffy tail yourself? If nothing else, partial animagus transformation might do it...
Magic is less plebian than riches and harem when magic doesn't exist, but Hogwarts' existence makes magic relatively plebian.

In terms of lewdness potential, I'm more fond of Hogwarts, but that's mostly due capability for self-alteraction (though outside of animagi and moldy short we don't really see anything permanent). If you find your body and mind pretty much the best option there is, it is rather hard to beat shapeshifting loyal gangbang.

Also more fond of hogwarts because if I'm to have imperio'd whatever-Naruto-would-be-to-me, I'd want it something I'd have done and decided on its own, if I were to fall so far.
 
Since Dr. Strange is usually the person that solve magical mishaps, world-ending trouble and etc etc, Obliviating him seems very unwise, especially if the OP states that we get to befriend him and he can pull our stupid unwise ass out of danger.
Also yeah I choose magic.
 
Hogwarts for HP magic and doctor strange as a friend.

Yes, their magic is poorly defined whatever goes randomness, but man ... everyone is so annoying, we would want to kill everyone after a day and we don't think Dr. Strange would approve.
 
My biggest issue is that much like Tony Stark, Strange is such a self-absorbed, insufferable primadonna that being his friend is pretty much becoming his sidekick at best. That he very much has the talent to back up his ego doesn't change a thing.
