I am definitely enjoying reading this. It is very well done and combines excellent worldbuilding with good character interactions. I cant wait for more and am always excited when the next chapter drops. So while, I am happy for you to be published, I definitely will miss being able to reread the story through here.
 
Love it! I was waiting to see who got the distribution.

Anna-Marie could reciprocate the faith that the team showed in choosing her, by advancing them four or five of her drops to make the team stronger for their next outing. It'd be a savvy move too as her chances of obtaining more in total would be greater if the team is stronger than the competition.

Hey folks, I'm not sure if anyone saw, but I figured just in case I'd do an announcement. The first book of Wish Upon the Stars has officially launched on Audible and Amazon anyone who wants to check it out its been thoroughly polished and edited, and I could really use some reviews for the ebook (available for free on KU). In any case, hope anyone who does check it out enjoys the story!

Never heard of it lol. Shane Wyndham is a name I've had kicking around my head for an MC since I was a kid. Elijah's name was just picked at random because it sounded cool. Fun coincidence though lol.

That begs the question if she checked if it will happen this month, but she has been through enough about this surely?

Anyway that was a rather interesting plan by Suvaya, and ascending so many gods at once. It is a real shame they need to succeed in stopping her or else die because it sounds like the kind of thing that would have massive ramifications on success. Though even on a failure I bet a lot of people are going to reviewing what they know of.
 
wait...this story is cultivation and sci fi?(how do you mix those ?) is it any good? I did try Forty millennium of cultivation (https://kitenovel.com/novel/forty-millenniums-of-cultivation/) but i dropped it after 10 or so chaps, this story has mix of these two genres that made me kind of unable to grip into the story.

Malcolm Tent does a really good job of mixing the genres together. You can basically think of it this way, it's an intergalactic universe in which different sections mainly focus on certain specific progression paths. One area is more focused on Cultivation, one on Classes, etc. Occasionally you'll find people who focus on a different system than yourself in your region, but they either come from another part of the universe or are part of a specific power and therefore use their growth system. It's a fascinating mix and wonderfully unique system.

I'm actually fine with this 'reader mode' now. I was initially wary of encountering other chats in between reading chapters, which would surely prevent me from being fully immersed in the story. But now it's alright. But thanks anyway.
 
I suggest pulling an Old Man Henderson, and kill not only the avatar but also the awakened embodiment of the dread entity... when in doubt, use more explosives.
 
But even if that would grow my legend, that wasn't the only kind of person I wanted to be. I didn't want to be my dad, terrifying and effective. I wanted to write my own story. And if kindness was something that other people mocked me for, then that could just be one more story everyone told. Either way, it felt pretty damned good to try.

So setting aside the excellent buildup, my general excitement for the next chapter, and my awe at how well you're keeping up the pace on writing this story - this is legit one of the funniest exchanges I've read in months.
 
Is it a parent trap situation where one parent get one kid or did Shane's mom get together with another guy?
 
For some reason the reader mode is fuck up on pages 13/14. Also, it honestly feels like Shane didn't get enough of a boost

That's the nature of a power system based on reputation and stories. People focus on the protag. Not only did Shane not land the final blow, he didn't even physically land the second to last blow. To everyone else it looked like he fainted. People who were there might have known how it went down to some extent, but when you're telling the story he isn't exactly front and center lol.

As for the fuck up on page 13 I'll check it out. I had to take down the volume two chapters, but idk if that had an effect.
Edit: I have no clue what that's about. Probably a glitch from all the QQ system updates.

Congrats on getting it puplished, I got to around chapter 75 and went to continue it but it was gone lol. Sadly its $20 here and I can't afford it but I'll check out your other stories.
