• The site has now migrated to Xenforo 2. If you see any issues with the forum operation, please post them in the feedback thread.
  • Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com. Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
  • For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
  • Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
  • Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.
  • The rules regarding NSFW links have been updated. See here for details.

And in a far worse manner to boot. Mine was still even debateable, you could argue that it falls under the category of "not being nice." But it's quite a reach.

Granted, I don't know the specific situation. But I've seen similar cases before. I've been part of them, and I know how it goes.

/sigh the way things are run today? It's pretty much a "con" of the internet. Just a gander at how Cloudflare bans sites will tell you that much. I'm starting to realize that they probably have to toe the line on that bias, at least somewhat.

I'm betting any small site that doesn't just gets blacklisted, and disappears. While larger sites still have to do some of it, and are still cut off from avenues of growth.
Dude, really? Necroing a 3/4 year old thread?

Was it august last year? Oh worse than that... Damn it... I should not be writing comments when I'm tired. Thing is, when you're tired, it's hard to remember that...

You were really fast on that uptake tho, I literally removed the comment a minute after posting it. I really hoped nobody had time to stumble upon my plausible blunder.

Not so strange ;D I actually came to this site for the first time, because of one of your fics. So ofc I'd remember you(your SW fic about a Sidious SI). I was a tad sad you didn't continue it, but I can understand that you weren't satisfied with how you handled certain bits.

Got some warnings that time, because I didn't know the rules about leaving reviews on fics older than 2 months. I was way more used to other formats. I even got annoyed because I didn't understand why my comments were disappearing xD Tried to crop them several times for things that might have been censured in some sense, and kept wondering why they weren't getting through.

Until a mod told me to "stop nercroing!"
It is double posting if you have nobody else's post between 2 of yours.

First up, I already did. As I initially intended to. 2ndly, how does that even follow?

In this case it fits, due to how similar the content was. But generally I go for different posts for different conversations. The only exception being when the author's ask me to do otherwise.

This is for many reasons, but the clearest one is: Say that someone likes my reply to one person, but not another reply to another. That leaves them no room to voice their approval for just one of them. While possibly even giving a rebuttal to the other. Hence I think it's wrong to do so. And in any of my own threads, I'd encourage seperate posts for seperate conversations.
