Emergency notice: We are currently being invaded by zombies. See this thread for details.
Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com.
Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.
The rules regarding NSFW links have been updated. See here for details.
On Earth-16, Gotham City - based on the map shown in one episode - is where OTL Bridgeport, Connecticut is. So Blüdhaven presumably has replaced Stratford.
The problem has been fixed, but this jumped out at me - isn't there a banner about how Outlook addresses are no bueno due to Microsoft's spam filtering refusing to let QQ emails through?
I assume this is meant to say 'decrease'?
Basically it's a similar principle to the "designated survivor".
Could be Cool McCool.

A few tense slip-ups (not surprising considering 99.5% of the story is first person!):
If this is supposed to be Zatanna's thoughts vis-a-vis the narration, it should be italicised.
Either this entire line should be italicised, or 'She knew-'
'they'
'nods'
'not a photograph'
'she'
That's actually less likely than you might think. Atlantis is kinda in the middle of the Atlantic, right? Gulls are largely continental-coastal creatures. Hawaii, for instance, doesn't have any gulls that are resident - just vagrants blown off course on occasion. There are lots of terns, though...
