I know you've eyed the prospect for a while now, but is there a completely traditional novel swimming around around your desk? - no gamer, no baby formula, no WC, no nothing and above say a respectable 50k words. I absolutely believe you could crush it, if handled properly.

MHA universe, a Vergil-inspired/cunning young villain MC, create his own faction, his Quirk can modify others' Quirks; a living Trigger (inspired by [Power Guru] from The Dark Wolf Shiro's Guild of Gamers: The Supervillain, Ch. 10).
