An addendum to Rule 3 regarding fan-translated works of things such as Web Novels has been made. Please see here for details.
We've issued a clarification on our policy on AI-generated work.
Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com.
Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.
The rules regarding NSFW links have been updated. See here for details.

Great, what a YouTuber I follow calls the MAFIAA is trying to "protect creativity" by letting any retarded, senile, paid for judge block websites.
Honestly, given the quality of dumpster slop the members of these...
The EU has a bunch of bullshit in the pipeline but it needs to also pass through various parliaments after and they are allegedly working on "privacy friendly" age verification, and given that it is part of some legislation the USA dislikes it might be stuck in legal limbo.
The USA iirc tried to...
Hey, a lot of the discussion here mirrors the stuff we are talking about in this thread, including VPNs and privacy for the people on the Imprisoned Island:

And a bunch of them have somewhat nebulous ownership and can be honey pots.
Interesting, maybe your ISP just hasn't gotten around to implementing the block yet or does that whole devolved parliament thing you and the Scots have require thet it ratifies and implements this stuff after the UK one does?
And this is why I suggested rolling your own or at least learning how to.
The skills are a good building block that would let you do other things like set up your own blog or forum outside of the big aggregstors and social media junk.
It will get worse before it gets better.
Adapt, learn...
