But we love him for it. He doesn't always know the right answer but he tries. He has conviction, Deku inspires him and so do the other students. He is a humanized Superman boy scout. And it is fun

Yeah, All Might is genuinely an amazing guy. His comparison to Captain America and Superman is well deserved. The issue with him is that he basically single handily brought peace after a couple decades of violence and it's cost him everything to maintain it. Which he's fine with, the big issue is that he's so focused on keeping that peace that he doesn't see the problems that it's creating.

He doesn't know how to walk away from it for a second or really thing about what he's trying to do. Ironically his single minded focus that makes him such a great hero, is also his biggest flaw.

He's the emperor without heirs or a successor system. There is no core structure aside from All Might.
How you dealing with Endeavor and his arc?

I don't think he's actively malicious or cruel. I think Endeavor is so mono-focused on trying to mold his son into the perfect hero that he can't see the damage he's caused and I think if you forced him to really see it, that knowledge would probably destroy him.

I think in the manga if he didn't have the whole war against the league of villains to help distract him he would probably be contemplating retiring.

The knowledge of how much he fucked up his family and just how out classed he was by All Might that even with a crippling injury was a better hero than he ever was.

But I'm going to let the audiance decide what to do with him. My only big plan right now is to have shoto claim him mother and sisters for himself as the new head of the family after getting some help from the MC.

Shoto's mom was okayish with it at the beginning because she thought that she could change Endeavor and they could have a happy marriage together. But after their first son was deemed a failure and went crazy and Endeavor became obsessed with Shoto and his quirk, the mom had all those years of resentment and jealously built up and exploded causing her to throw boiling oil in Shoto's face scaring him.
