My idea with Alice's quirk is self sacrifices. Quick spoiler for Chainsaw man, you can make deals with devils for powers with each devil having their own personality and wants. For himeno she sacrificed her right eye for the ability to control ghosts.

So with Alice's quirk, which is usually just a invincibly hand she can wield, she can supercharge it if she sacrifices a body part. Or more importantly super charge someone else quirk

Alice's quirk is what ties the whole family's quirks together. Rose can control her own blood, a combination of Alice's sacrificial ability and Robinson's imagery, while Dennis has the power of deals. If two side come to an agreement then once the bargain is fulfilled the exchange occurs.

Which doesn't sound too strong, But Dennis could exchange life spans, quirks, intelligence, more theoretical stuff like creativity or even common sense. The big things is that the other party can't be mind controlled into accepting the deal. it has to be purely voluntary, so if Dennis wants a lot of power he has to offer something valuable enough for people to accept in return.

Alice can't heal it unless you get something weird like Dennis quirk. Basically her body thinks the missing limb or part is her natural state and doesn't need to be healed which mean someone like Miss Recovery or Eri can't really do anything.

Basically the whole family has some manner of fucked up quirk which when you combine with Robin's being an assassin mean that the whole family is going to be judged harshly, which is ironic because the two kids genuinely want to be heroes and their character arc is dealing with their loyalty to their family and their desire to turn inward versus the desire to be a hero.

She can totally get cybernetic limbs and remember her power gets stronger the more she sacrifices. Right now she's strong enough to punch through walls and lift a person up and throw them. a couple hundred feet away. That's just one eye. If she loses a limb or two she could fly and hold back a Nomu.

But really the reason I chose this quirk for her is that it really ties into her character arc of dealing with her survivors guilt and how far she would be willing to sacrifices for her family. A potential future I see is for her to sacrifice her limbs and powers and be fully dependent on her family to take care of her.
