Soup kitchens, schools for children, hospitals, all look normal on the outside, but then you include little tiny details to clue the reader in on what's really going on. I like more of the psychology of it all, rather than the physical aspect of it. Just the why's? Why do they do it? Why does changing their body make them happy? Is it about self worth? is it about suiting their partners desires? Is it about their own desires? Its not the actual act that's fun for me, but the response or justification afterwards.
