Lucifer is informed of this and fucking sky rockets onto the battlefield singing a time altering war song and armed with divine weaponry.
It is a diplomatic clusterfuck, Lilith after this sends Al to keep an eye on her daughter and become hotel manager while Lucifer has by attacking the Extermination forces caused a supernatural political crisis and is also personally pissed at Heaven.

Charlie should suffer and bleed for her beliefs and through heroic action prove her value, but also cause a shit storm of implications for Hell and Heaven

That insult she accidentally gave to the reclaimers, by personally getting hurt protecting demons and sinners from heaven that will go a long way to helping her image. it also helps her dads image who's been called soft and reclusive by them.

Suddenly the reclaimers who had been slowly brewing a rebellion in the back ground are suddenly Lucifer's biggest fan and are trying to inflame the tensions and push him to get angry enough to directly attack heaven again.

As to what caused her to leave? Vaggie.
Blame fucking Vaggie. Charlie nursed her back to health and Vaggie talked and from there things grew even though Vaggie didn't intend to into Charlie learning more about Exterminations. Vaggie is at fault for having Charlie do the thing she loves her for but hates that she does, the Hotel and all of the dangers it represents

For Lilith she wants revenge and is just as angry her precious baby was hurt, but at the same time knows directly fucking with heaven is a really bad idea. Plus she's aware of the messy politic's of heaven and how a lot of people up there really don't like these whole extermination campaigns and that,

Charlie someone who is underbelly innocent, choosing to stand up for hell's citizens and being the daughter of Lucifer herself, who start a whole hotel dedicated to god trying to redeem hell's citizens, is proof that natural born citizens of hell are undeniably capable of being saved.

Exact thought I had. The Reclaimers who have the blood feud with Charlie are now trying to summon up Satan the Heaven Breaker to lead the grand war into Heaven while the majority of Lilith's faction of Sinners and Fallen who like Hell are stuck wanting to retalite for the god princess being hurt but also don't want to ruin their home on another unwinnable war

Lilith know's that if they attack heaven right now, the politic's around charlie are going to get pushed to the side which is exactly what the exterminators want. They want Charlie to get forgotten about by everyone. So as much as it hurts, Lilith is advocating for peace which is the exact opposite of what Lucifer wants, and boom you have conflict between the two.

Charlie is acting *jesus* like. That has power, weight. And Charlie by doing this public stunt draws the eye of Heaven,meaning her aunts and uncles find out Lucifer has a kid and that is another level of family drama. On top of her being never a Sinner, someone born to but not dammed to Hell, which is horrible PR for the Exterminations

Lilith doing something painful she hates for the sake of hell, knowing how bad it will make her look and how much it will hurt her standing. Versus Lucifer who has no clue about any of this, hurt and confused that his dear wife is going against him when their daughter was hurt.

If you get into the deals Lilith and Lucifer bargained with the Exterminations bout, you'd find certain Overlords and Fallen nobles targeted for being too obscenely vile for the taste of Lilith and she points the Extermination their way and in return Lilith makes sure they get no aid. So there is a interest from Hell in using the Exterminations, but Charlie is a big red button

Its a situation giving Satan more control over Lucifer and poking at Beal to start scheming, while Lilith in this is trying to make her daughter into a martry and use the peace as a silken knife to pierce the side of heaven with interviews with Charlie and funnel funnding to her project,

Ya know, I am detecting a pattern that Lucifer is really good at doing what his emotions tell him but very bad of long term how will this fuck me up thinking and in all three aspects, he is a very warlike person. Conquest, battle, vengeance. He is a martial soul and even Beal is inclined to objective to perform thinking than planning out results thinking

Lots of politic's, lots of scheming, but where is Charlie in the middle of this? Is her faith shaken? Is she worried or guilty about accidentally starting a war? Is redeeming people a good thing, if heaven does evil like this?

Having Charlie go back home for a few weeks with her parents after the attack, seems like a logical point for the story to start, not only since everyone will be a little vulnerable after something like this thus open to some changes, but Charlie will be having some time to reflect about herself could lead to some interesting character development.

Yeah when I was imagining up the three aspects of Lucifer, my idea was that each of them would have very noticeable flaws, mostly centered around self control. My idea being Lucifer's powerful emotions is what makes him an effective leader and is what caused his fall, but its also what's holding him back.

Vaggie is strapped for war and paranoid. She is in combat mode, training with the royal guards, trying to get an edge as she wasn't able to protect Charlie like she wanted to and Lilith has openly or secretly, which you think best, placed Al by Charlie as a pet Overlord to be her guardian. And Lucifer is rearing to talk with heaven, fired up and pissed

Angel Dust can't really visit and is worried sick while Charlie's popularity among Sinners is skyrocketing for her selfless act. She shed blood for the Hotel. That has impact.

The question now is since we have the inciting incident for a lot of the background drama what about charlies relationship? What causes her to want to be with her father and mother? Was she always like that? Is she looking for comfort after everything that's happened? How does that whole thing start?
