The sisters pretty interesting we haven't talked about her yet. For me she's the stereotypical goth. Died black hair, black nails, tons of piercings. A radical shift from the blond haired blue eyed all american family the rest of the family is. But the sister is also hiding something she wants too.

For her growing up, her mom and dad wasn't as involved as they should of been. The mom because she was too busy trying to recapture her glory years as a cheerleader, when she was popular, pretty, and not shackled down as a stay at home mom. While the dad was having his own midlife crisis as he realized he kind of hated being a coach for some shitty little high school team, but he had no idea how to escape it.

So the the sister is left alone a lot and obviously her whole goth thing was a rebellion against how much her parents wanted to be seen as the perfect family, but what about her brother? Her brother whom loved her and held her and protected her as much as a father would. Who filled the void her parents unknowingly created.

Does she like being a Goth or would she move onto something else?

For the little goth sister, she's got it bad for her brother and is dealing with the self hate for being a incest obsessed weirdo, along with a desire for her parents to pay attention to her, and a desire to be seen as grown up and mature by everyone around her.

My thinking is that she stays as a goth, but she a little more reserved about it. less black, less moping around writing sad poetry and listening to depressing music. More talkative. More mature. The only thing she really goes down the rabbit hole with his tattoos and piercing since to her its more of a from of expression rather than rebellion like a lot of her other hobbies are.

All of those are pretty fun ideas. My big thing though is that I don't want any of the family to be seen as evil. I want to be a little unsettling and obviously in the wrong on a lot of things, but I never want to stray over into the realm of unlikableness.
