Still figuring out the back story for the clan, probably just let the readers decide, but the milf will either be a big sister Tifa, a flirty Bayonneta, a nerdy Zelda, or a stoic badass like Samus.

Depends on the non ninja chi user. Any chi user can become just as strong or stronger than a ninja, the big advantage a ninja has is they can access their demon form easier and they have more durability.

There's various clans with their own powers and bloodlines. Those are the top dogs but their power has waned significantly thanks to the immortal shogun.

There's the imperial army which is the dependents of the original Army the shogun created when he conquered Japan. Very powerful, very well trained, and immensely loyal to the shogun, but thanks to the decades of peace and the shogun retreating from the public have weakened significantly. Starting to have some internal struggles as rumors of the shogun sickness have spread.
