The issue with logging in with email addresses has been resolved.
Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com.
Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.
The rules regarding NSFW links have been updated. See here for details.
Now there's the oppisite of light chi, or clean chi, and it is dark chi, or unclean chi. Where as the first one rejected emotions and sought to control it, the other embraced it. For dark chi users, emotions can't be controlled and they shouldn't be contained because like a volcano its just causes them to build up and explode.
Emotions should be celebrated and allowed to experience, with the idea being by processing these powerful emotions you can deal with them. Now not all of them are battle mainacs or sex addicts, a lot of that is just unfair sterotyping and decades of being slandered by the light chi users, but they do have a very different idea on how emotions work.
To a dark chi user if someone makes you laugh, you should laugh as loud as possible, not just because if somethings funny and make you happy you shouldn't be afraid to express that, but because it'll make the person telling the joke happy. The idea is to spread the maximum amount of happiness to people. To freely express how you feel.
If the food your eating is good, eat more, eat sloppy. If you love someone, kiss them, complimented them, have sex with them, let the whole world know how you feel. If you're angry at someone, insult them to their face, because if you don't then your not telling them how you feel and your being dishonest that way.
I can see how complex social rituals for the Dark Chi users would develop for the best way to express their emotions powerfully. And how this would conflict with the ethics of the Light Chi users. Are there Clean chi ninja?
Light chi users are called clean chi users, and dark chi user unclean. its a reference to how dark chi users don't care about being covered in mud or being mocked while light chi users do. It also a statement on who has better table manners. lol
But really the big difference between light and dark chi users, is that light is really into the idea of mutual respect. You don't insult or act rude because you don't want to disturb someone's inner peace. While for a dark chi users, to them that's lying. Because if you feel a certain way, even if its bad, you should respect someone enough to tell them how you feel.
That could be very good for Dark Chi users convictions and honesty and heroic actions, but also an excuse for rape enslavement porn and slaughtering people cause fun
Dark chi users are either heroes or villians and there's very little inbetween. Dark chi really enhances a persons true self and if that true self is bad it can cause a lot of damage and is why Dark chi sec's is repressed by different noble clans and the shogun despite the potential power.
Lust Chi users are either a nightmare or you could have a heroic Dark Chi user who finds willing partners to seduce and enslave for all their fucked up domination games
But again these are really just schools of thought and different methods to using chi, dark or light really has very little impact on weither a person is good or evil.
I'm thinking with light chi a big part of it is breathing control, since its one of the easiest ways to control your emotions if your hyped up, and a big part of their fighting style is landing their blows the minute they exhale. Which this all probably sounds meaningless, but it ties into the next part.
