The issue with logging in with email addresses has been resolved.
Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com.
Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.
The rules regarding NSFW links have been updated. See here for details.
Yeah it just gets sad in the end more than anything. I think it was a lot more effective in that then Breaking Bad or The Wire in showing how being a criminal really isn't that fun.
Yeah there's way too many middle aged dudes who self insert into him, and write whole paragraphs in the comment section under some Youtube short psychoanalyzing different arguments and scenes and then bitching about their own wives or something.
Been kind of slow recently, what with a lot of long running series finally ending. But there's this Youtuber which is a father and daughter due, with the dad in particular being this pretty sweet old guy who's really religious, and he's doing a read through of Berserk. lol. Which is pretty funny and also pretty cool.
Seeing this wholesome grandpa respond to Berserk of all things, but he's a pretty smart guy and I think he has some kind of background in Ministry because he's able to relate a lot of the Manga to very specific passages and historical events. Pretty informative actually and a nice reminder of why I like Berserk so much.

Oh, sorry about that. I thought for sure I had reset it. But poor gameplay design rants is half of gaming YouTube and a guilty hobby of mine. Let's hear it.
In Magic the Gathering and Legends of Runeterra you can choose blockers. That is you put a creature down and it will deal damage to a attacking creature. Some creatuers have low power but high health to make them very good blockers. In Magic you have Death Touch which means if it does any damage, it will destroy the creature that attacked it no matter how much health it has.
In Legends of Runettera there is Challanger which lets you have a attacking creature pick any of the oppenent's and force them to fight it. There's a principle here. Creatures can shield your heatlh. You have things such as in Magic with Meance where two creatures must block a attacker or that attacker can damage life directly. But in most cases a defending player can make choices on how to guard themselves.
In Heartstone, which I installed a hour ago and uninstallled. unless a creature has taunt forcing it to be attacked. You can't use creatures to block. And you can't deecide if the enemy hits you directly or attacks any of your creatuers once your turn is over.
Not into card games that much but isn't half the fun and strategy in them, whether it's Yugioh or the games you listed, strategically placing certain creatures to block direct attacks to you core health? Because if you don't have that mechanic then the game just becomes stacking as much damage as fast as possible to the opponents health which really limits play styles.
There were parts I really liked in Hearthstone. AOE spells. Legendary creatures having cool enter the battlefield effects. Lots of creatures with when played does a spell. But you have ability to do anything once your turn ends. I hear their are trap cards to play but still. Your minnons are fucking useless once your turn is done
And yep. You hit the nail on the head. It makes a floaty gameplay where as with defending you can decide what happens during the enemy turn. And Hearthstone likes Instants. This is a turn from Magic where you can cast a spell during someone else's turn. Yugioh has this with Trap cards.
