Questionable Questing

I was more going for on the surface he's seemingly a dumb brute, but he's actually a lot more methodical and intelligent than anyone gives him credit for. I don't know where, but in a early Hulk run, someone is shocked to find out that in all his rampages Hulk hasn't actually hit any civilians and when asked how the hell that was possible when he's throwing around cars and trains like toys.

It turns out, Banner was calculating the physics and trajectory of every object thrown and did it in such a way nobody ever got hurt.

I agree it is kind of stupid, more of an excuse tapped on after the fact to make Hulk a hero when it's very obvious at least at the start he should be a legitimate monster and threat to the people around him, then slowly grow to be one. But I like the idea that hulk isn't some mindless brute. that he's a thinker too. That he knows how to throw pin shots even with trains.

That he can take advantage of dust clouds he creates from the Rubble underneath him breaking, to hide. That he knows how to ambush and take advantage of his strength to launch himself and surprise enemy's from above. That he's aware and can hunt and not just attack the loudest or brightest thing in front of him.

This is hulk archetype. Do you want powers besides super strength and key to Hulk I think is don't have Greg full hulk as his baseline. Have minor transformation and full Hulk is bringing out a primal sex monster. His inner Hyde unleashed. Make the hulk figure a avatar of destruction. Hulk at his best is this running disaster that wrecks the environment in his rage. The most intimidating to fight

I was thinking it takes a little while and for Greg to be really angry, for him to fully bulk up like Hulk. I'm thinking he's like Lung where he has to take some time to ramp up and then when he's coming down, it'll take a while for him to fully recover. Which honestly wording it like this reminds me more of Bane from Batman.

Well one of the big idea's or themes for this story, is that each character starts out playing a role or trope and overtime it fully consumes them and becomes who they are. If that makes sense. So a Bane version of Greg would start out goofy and a little silly sounding, but then over time become more meanincing and intelligent and further from the original person he was as like an actor he get swept up in the role.

Hulk bane? Now that's interesting. I'm seeing an idea that these roles help them. Taylor a spider man personal, Shadow Stalker a Black Widow super assassin, becoming their best heroic selves

How ice cream

I am back from ice cream, and a few other quick chores. I'm cooking a pretty big pot luck this Thursday so I did a quick count of all the ingredients I still need since I'm doing grocery shopping tomorrow. But the ice cream was very good, it was a vanilla custard mixed with this buttery shortbread cookie with a Caramel sauce. Really, really good. Feel really fat right now. lol.

With Blacked Widow is what an unambiguous white girl and several black men parody just because the movie name sounded so funny to me. but I could totally retool it to be a paradox of all those old blaxploitation films from the seventies and eighties and make it more like Black Dynomite. That would be so funny and actually works well with how super serious Sophia is despite how naturally goofy she is.

Because Sophia's big arc, is wanting to be respected and feared. To be Batman basically and be seen as this dark defender. Or a chunni in other words. lol. But she can't help but be nerdy, goofy, and just a little try-hard. So her character arc is trying to strike a balance between being a good superhero while also learning that its okay to be more than that.
