I've been getting into Class of 09, basically a paradox of the visual novel genre which has been described quite accurately as White Girl Boondocks. Pretty funny and childish, but there's a hint of some good story telling stuff in there. Unfortunately the guy who wrote is a bit of an Incel and when he discovered that his audience was mostly Lesbain's he had a bit of a crash out and ruined the series.

Well like I said it was a parody of Visual Novels, so instead of playing as a guy trying to get a chick, you play as the chick. The self describe sociopath named Nicole who's the new girl at her school getting pursued by all the boys in it along with the teachers, who are all some flavor of creep, rapists, or loser all desperately trying to get in her pants.

An incel wrote the guys being the villains who were trying to manipulate the girl into sex. That's a level of paradoxical intuitive thinking that's comical

With the fun and comedy of the game, seeing Nicole do all these elaborate schemes to destroy these guys or get them to do what she wants. So yeah, a snarky, angry teenage girl constantly one upping stupid, cruel, and easily manipulated boys with the only genuine relations Nicole can have in the story being the couple female friends she can make. You can see why lesbians like it. right? lol

So of course when the author discovered the thriving Zoomer Lesbian community that loved his work, probably making him tons of money, also making fan art, tick toks, and reel edits describing how they are totally Nicole. I chuckle but if boys can have Walter White and Patrick Bateman, then the girls deserves some stupidly unhealthy role models too.

he decided no, they interrupted it wrong. Nicole is the main villain, your supposed to hate her. So in the third installment, you play as Jekka her best friend from the previous two games. And someone who acts as kind of a moral center for Nichole, even without the players involvement, and her life sucks. Abusive parents you can't escape from.

You only get like six choices in the entire game and two of those are dedicated to being a only fans girl selling feet pics. Yes that is not a joke, the author also couldn't help but include his foot fetish in the game to the point it occupies a good chunk of it. And unlike the previous games where there's some couple happy endings or some kind of bitter sweet one, there's none here.

Just abusive parents, no job opportunities either acting as a painfully realistic wage slave to a fast food or clothing store, or a foot fetish girl. Nicole is constantly in the background causing chaos, which could be fun, but unlike the last games it's all weirdly personal schemes all dedicated to hurt Jekka. Stuff like sleeping with her dad or murdering her top foot subscriber.

Just it was a big fuck you to anyone who cared about the games. The guy wanted the irrelevant edgy Incel 4chan crowd, and when it was instead Tumbler that loved and embraced it he decided to burn it to the ground instead. Fortunately the voice actors involved, who were all very good and are half the reason the game was so popular, have been working with fan projects to redeem it somehow.

And in fact just a couple months ago they put out a whole ass Anime Pilot episode for it if you're interested. Which I'm sure you will be, because the voice actress for Nichole is also Charlie in Hazbin Hotel.

The Incel had some pretty great voice actresses actually. He scooped them out very early on in their careers and the series was popular enough they were willing to stay aboard despite everything that's happened.
